Synchronous motors achieve high power and torque density and can be used as driving systems and generators for mobile machines with voltages ranging from 24 to 750 V battery/intermediate circuit voltages, 0.5 to 40 kW air-cooled, up to 150 kW water-cooled and up to 400 kW oil-cooled.
